A Note on Judging:
Wines will not be judged against each other, but rather against the “ideal” wine of their same class. (i.e., if it tastes like a cabernet, it will be judged against the standard of what the ideal cabernet should taste like.) A panel of three judges will taste and score the wine. As there are no separate entry categories, the wine with the overall highest combined score will win. Prizes for 1st-3rd place will be awarded. The score sheet the judges will be using is provided for your reference. |
