Dear Artisan,
The Phillips Czech/Slovak Community Festival will again be hosting an Arts & Crafts Fair. We hope you will be able to attend. The festival has drawn tremendous crowds from all over the United States for the past 40 years. This year’s celebration will again hold the Miss Czech/Slovak Wisconsin State Queen Pageant which brings in more publicity statewide. Please note that this is a one day fair and is outdoors.
DATE: Saturday June 21, 2025.
HOURS: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday (you are free to stay later)
Food Vendors - We would like to have food until at least 6 p.m.
LOCATION: Elk Lake Park, Downtown Phillips. (585 County Road H)
DEADLINE: JUNE 1, 2025 All spaces are assigned according to when registration is returned. Your cancelled check is your confirmation.
EXHIBITION: Each artisan is responsible for bringing his or her own tables, canopy, chairs & display units.
FEE & SIZE: 12' x 12' space. 1 day,
1 space $35.00 for crafters/businesses 2 spaces $60
1 space $45 for food vendors 2 spaces $75.00
Non-Profit Entities and Demonstrators may request a free space. There are a limited amount available for this.
THERE ARE LIMITED AMOUNT OF ELECTICITY SPACES. Please be specific in your request if you need electricity.
SET-UP TIME: All set-ups should be completed by 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the festival opens up.
Early set up is possible on Friday evening if arrangements ahead of time.)
SALES TAX: Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own sales tax.
However, we must have seller’s permit number OR Social Security numbers on file.
PARTICIPATION: Exhibitors, your sales are your own—no commissions.
You need to bring your own tent, cords, supplies, etc.
No commercial or flea market/garage sale items.
The Festival reserves the right to reject any work
FREE COFFEE: Free coffee & kolacky will be provided to all vendors in the morning.
SPECIAL REQUEST: If possible, we are asking all vendors to wear a kroj or colorful outfit as this adds to the festival environment.
