The Phillips Czechoslovakian Festival Committee was created with the desire to:
* Preserve our family culture through an annual festival
* Remember and honor the Village of Lidice
* Recognize those who fled oppression and settled in Price County
* Publish and maintain a record of our history
* Display items from our heritage
